H20, European market leader for energy saving vacuum distillation systems presents a new treatment for oil containing process water and spent emulsions.
In addition to the numerous industrial property rights already in possession of H2O the patent for the innovative ClearCat®-technology has been granted recently by the European patent office.
It allows processing of oil containing process waste water and spent emulsions in one process step. Quality of processed water allows disposal into public sewer system in almost all cases. Even better the clean water can be reused in the workshop to create a zero liquid discharge production.
Without ClearCat®-technology cost intensive and space consuming additional process steps are required to achieve the same result.
Thanks to big economic advantages for users, more than 50 % of the Vacudest® vacuum distillation systems sold by H2O are equipped with the ClearCat® technology.
Thus the patent already contributes to nowadays’ turnover and of big importance for the further growth of H2O GmbH, Steinen in Germany.
